Ingredients
  

Zucchini Noodles
  • 4 medium Zucchini Spiralized
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Zucchini Noodles
  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles.
Sauté
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender but still firm.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
