Marinate the Pork
- In a blender, combine pineapple juice, adobo sauce, white vinegar, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic, and cilantro. Blend until smooth.
- Place the sliced pork in a bowl and pour the marinade over it. Mix well to coat the pork and cover. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
Cook the Pork
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.

Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
