Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
Topping
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin prepared

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and then let cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  6. Pour the prepared strawberry gelatin over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate until set.
