Ingredients
  

Seafood and Vegetables
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the potatoes are tender.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
