Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 medium potatoes cut into quarters
  • 2 ears corn cut into halves
  • 1 medium onion quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon lemon cut into wedges for serving
Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Seafood
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning, cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Once boiling, add the potatoes and corn. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve
  1. Carefully drain the seafood and vegetables using a strainer.
  2. Transfer the seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
  3. Serve with melted butter dipping sauce and lemon wedges on the side.
