  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Zucchini
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
