Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on preferred
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean the grill grates with a grill brush.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Remove salmon from marinade and discard the marinade. Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serve
  1. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your perfectly grilled salmon!
