Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets Skin on or off, as preferred
Miso Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons White miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Low sodium preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Can substitute with maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions For garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Toasted, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Miso Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic until smooth.
Glaze the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the miso glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
