  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare your baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Once baked, cool the cake and prepare the milk mixture.
  8. In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.
  9. Poke holes in the cake and pour the milk mixture over it to soak.
  10. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  11. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the soaked cake and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
