Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Jalapeño Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup jalapeños, sliced seeds removed for less heat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Method
 

Cook Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make Jalapeño Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add sliced jalapeños and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it with the jalapeño sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
