Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 4 slices Ciabatta bread or any Italian bread
Meats
  • 4 oz Salami
  • 4 oz Capicola
  • 4 oz Mortadella
Cheese
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese sliced
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Arugula or spinach
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1 medium Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
Condiments
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise

Method
 

Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half horizontally.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on the inside of both halves.
  3. Layer the salami, capicola, and mortadella evenly on the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Add the provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Top with arugula, tomato slices, and red onion.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  7. Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread and press down gently.
  8. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters for serving.
