  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, and minced garlic.
  2. Add the salt and lime juice to the mixture, and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lime juice as desired.
  4. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
