Watermelon Base
  • 4 cups Watermelon Seedless, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional, for sweetness

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds if necessary.
  2. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
Freeze Cubes
  1. Pour the blended mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Spread it out evenly and place it in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until fully frozen.
  3. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and cut into cubes or break into pieces.
Serve
  1. Serve the frozen watermelon cubes as a refreshing snack or use them in beverages.
