Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 2 cups bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup red onion sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Foil Packets
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and lay them flat.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chicken or shrimp, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces.
  6. Fold the foil over the ingredients to create sealed packets.
Cook the Packets
  1. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  2. Carefully open the packets (steam will escape) and check for doneness.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
