  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and dill.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
