Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, olive oil, sugar (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture and toss to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
