Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and stir to combine.
Serving
  1. Serve the angel chicken over rice or pasta, garnished with parsley if desired.
