Ingredients
  

Crawfish Dip Base
  • 1 cup cooked crawfish tails drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce to taste
  • 2 green onions chopped for garnish
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the cooked crawfish tails, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a skillet and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  5. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
