  • 0.5 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground mustard

  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons water

Cooking Instructions
  1. Place the apricot preserves, peach preserves, vinegar, soy sauce, ground mustard, and garlic powder in a food processor. Blend to smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture in a saucepan and add the corn syrup. Stir, heat, and simmer for 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
  3. Whisk together the cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into the sauce while whisking. Keep stirring until the mixture begins to thicken, about 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Let the sauce cool.
