  • 2 lbs Ground beef or turkey
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 28 oz
  • 2 cups Pasta any shape
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add pasta and frozen mixed vegetables, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until pasta is cooked.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
