Method
Prepare the Muffin Batter
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Make the Crumble Topping
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, softened butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
Bake the Muffins
- Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over each muffin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
