  • 1 cup mayonnaise preferably homemade or high-quality
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar for tanginess
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, and mix until evenly distributed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
