Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs pork ribs baby back or spare ribs
Dry Rub
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce for glazing

Method
 

Prepare the Ribs
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
  2. In a bowl, mix all dry rub ingredients together.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cook the Ribs
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, bone side down.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. During the last 5 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Serve
  1. Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
  2. Slice between the bones and serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
